Trust & Estate Planning Consultant
Legacy Wills are looking for extremely motivated, articulate and presentable consultants with great communication skills and dedication. The successful candidates will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package.
This is a Full time Employed position with each Consultant being required to work in their own Regional Area.
No experience necessary as full training is provided but you must have a full UK driving licence (experienced Estate Planning Consultants also welcome to apply).
The role: You will be attending pre booked appointments to visit existing clients in their home to confirm their understanding of products purchased and to present any additional estate planning recommendations or requirements.
The Will & Estate Planning Consultants are required to instruct and advise Legacy Wills & Estate Planning clients Will and Trust instructions and deliver the best aftercare service possible to ensure the Will is written correctly and produced to support our ongoing growth. We offer our clients a Will writing service alongside other associated services such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Aftercare.
You will be expected to:
- Instruct and advise clients
•Identify potential threats to the clients estates
•Deliver excellent customer service
•Ensure you have carried out all of the clients final wishes

- You will receive 2 weeks intense training, mentoring and guidance plus ongoing support
• We have strong administration, legal and technical teams who will provide you with comprehensive administrative support
• As members of the Society of Will Writers you will have to adhere to their code of practice
The majority of our teams, within our offices, have been hand-picked for the strength and depth of their knowledge and experience. Whilst this is a Telephone based role, you must be self-motivated and enjoy working as part of an enthusiastic team. You will also have:

Will Writing Administrator
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to take on this position within the administration team of Legacy Wills & Estate Planning Limited.
The main function of this role is to thoroughly audit, print and bind Will & Trust products for our clients. The role also involves answering calls and emails from clients and dealing with all queries satisfactorily and efficiently, therefore a very professional telephone manner and good customer service skills are a must.
The ideal candidate should be conscientious and motivated with excellent attention to detail. They must also be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and have strong administration skills. Experienced administrators preferred and full training will be provided.
The hours of work will be: 8:45am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week) and occasional weekends when required (subject to change depending on business requirements).
££ Basic salary dependent on experience.
