As the head of the administration function, it is my role to ensure a high level of customer service and to help make your experience with us as straightforward as possible.
James Melling – Estate Planning Manager
I am responsible, together with Paige Crossman, for training, developing and managing our team of skilled Trust & Estate Planning Consultants and making sure that they are kept up to date with the latest estate planning legislation.
Paige Crossman – Estate Planning Manager
With James Melling, I also manage our company’s Trust & Estate Planning Consultants, and help to ensure that they are fully prepared to be able to provide you and your family with the best possible advice.
Hardeep Gill – Technical Trust Administration Manager
I am driven to deliver a high level of customer service and administrative assistance relating to the products and services provided by our Trust & Estate Planning Consultants from instruction to completion. I also act as client liaison for several of our trusted business partners.
Kim Day – HR Manager
It is my role to ensure that all staff are trained, informed and updated regarding company policies and procedures so that our clients are in the best possible hands.
